2 of my porcelain stools edited by Asiatides : the stool TSUBAS is inspired by the japanese tsubas of the Edo period , hand guards of japanese swords . The stool TIES is inspired by english , french and japanese ties .

The shape of the stool TSUBA is a traditional outdoor stool ; as before you can put embers inside . It's why there are holes around it . The technic is mixed : stamps and hand painted drawings.

Not my last collection , but one of the favourite tea pot in cloisonné with nickel finish that I designed some years ago . Also a technical performance of our workshop .

Great to come back at home , to have a first french coffee avenue Trudaine or rue de Clignancourt au café du Commerce , to see the new shopwindow of the bookstore l'Atelier rue des Martyrs , to see again the street life of my area .

April 27th . Room of the ovens . We are waiting the good temperature . Here 1300*C . The white "biscuit" will become an hard and shining white porcelain that we'll paint before a next oven . What a beautiful work to prepare the oven , to arrange all the white pieces to optimize the distribution of the heat .

7.30 am : arrival to Hong Kong. 2 days to feel the air of this amaizing and beautiful city before to join one of my favourite workshop. My luggages in the new "Mini hotel" , a noodle soup in Wellington street and I go to Tai O , a small village in the south of Lantau at 1 hour from Hong Kong by sea. The pleasure to take the ferry and to come back to Hong Kong at sunset.
